Francis is currently an intern with a particular interest in the aviation and railway sectors. He has extensive technical and operational knowledge, including a strong understanding of industry systems, logistics and timetabling.
Francis is recognised for his analytical approach, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, enabling him to contribute effectively to complex projects and operational challenges. He also has a strong customer service focus, with an ability to communicate clearly and build positive relationships through a professional and approachable manner.
Outside of his professional work, Francis volunteers with Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway, where he combines his passion for railways with hands-on operational experience. Through this role, he continues to expand his technical knowledge of railway operations, heritage railway management and customer-facing services, further developing the practical skills and industry insight that underpin his growing expertise in the transport sector.

Chief Wellbeing Officer
Layla oversees wellbeing at Alius Law, bringing a calm and reassuring presence to the team while ensuring the office maintains the highest standards of morale.
